Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join this team in Honolulu, Hawaii! Dahl Consulting is currently partnering with a leading nonprofit organization. Worksite Location: Honolulu, HI
Contract Duration: 6-months
Compensation: $24.00-$40.00 per hour

What you will do as the Member Recruitment Coordinator:

Educate, engage, and inspire the public for their support and participation in the mission through presentations, awareness events, celebrations, and registry recruitment event execution
Responsible for building and sustaining relationships and driving committed individuals to join the registry
Collaborate with account managers to recruit and retain volunteers, including episodic and long-term volunteers
Interview, screen, train, and recommend volunteer placement in appropriate programs and activities
Ensure volunteers are properly trained for the task

What you will bring to the Member Recruitment Coordinator role:

Must live in Hawaii, preferably near Honolulu
Must be able to drive to events
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organization and problem-solving skills
