Job Description

Dahl Consulting is currently partnering with a leader in the retail industry. We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities. This company is hiring a Merchandising Specialist for a contract position! Interested? Get more details below.

Contract Duration: 6 months
Hours: 32 hours per week, schedule: 8am - 4pm CST
Worksite Location: Maple Grove, MN, hybrid
Location Schedule:
onsite on Wednesdays
remote Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays

Compensation: $18.00-$21.00 per hour W2 What you’ll do as the Merchandising Specialist:

Accurately capture and document detailed product information from item packaging for database entry
Review and verify vendor-submitted item details to ensure consistency and accuracy
Collaborate with digital teams to support online content and product data management
Assist in maintaining high standards for item data quality and integrity

What you’ll bring to the Merchandising Specialist role:

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience with data entry in databases or proficiency in Excel
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data handling
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience in handling and completing multiple projects simultaneously
