- Worksite Location: Eagan, MN
- Compensation: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
What you’ll do as the Office Manager:
- Answer phones, complete light filing, and other general office duties
- Work closely with advisors to prepare necessary paperwork
- Review and process paperwork
- Follow up on all transactions for accuracy and completeness
- Place outreach and problem solve items that require attention
- Build strong relationships with our clients
- Maintain and update CRM
- Greet clients upon arrival at our office
What you’ll bring to the Office Manager role:
- Excellent personal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to take on new tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Professionalism, attendance, punctuality and accountability are essential functions
- Prior experience in the financial industry is valued
