Worksite Location: Edina, MN

What you will do as the Office Support Specialist:

Provide clerical and routine duties and responsibilities
Process new business applications
Maintain accurate and current records of new business applications in designated systems that are accessible to others
Open, sort, and deliver daily mail to appropriate person or department
Scan documents into designated systems that are accessible to others
Assemble and fold paperwork, stuffs envelopes, and prepare mailings
Weigh, meter, and prepare outgoing mail and packages for pickup or drop-off at the post office.
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned to support the underwriting department and the office

What you will bring to the role as the Office Support Specialist:

High school diploma or equivalent
Good communication skills
Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details
Ability to follow processes
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
Proficient use of various core systems, office and computer equipment, and software packages
