About the Role
On behalf of our client, a leading national insurance brokerage and consulting firm specializing in specialty risk and complex commercial insurance solutions, we are seeking an experienced Onsite Wrap-Up Program Administrator to join their Specialty division. This role is ideal for an insurance professional who thrives in account management, enjoys building strong client relationships, and has a passion for managing complex construction wrap-up programs. You will manage a portfolio of Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP) and Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIP) that vary in size from small to large, while collaborating closely with producers, carriers, and contractors.
Job Description
The Onsite Wrap-Up Program Administrator is responsible for managing several OCIP and CCIP wrap-up programs, requiring a blend of account management, sales support, and client relationship management skills, along with occasional interface with insurance market relationships on existing accounts. This position also demands superior computer skills and technical ability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to an assigned group of clients, including Wrap-Up accounts.
- Supporting the Producer in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects.
- Initiating the renewal process for existing clients, and discussing and creating renewal strategy with the Producer.
- Analyzing and comparing current exposures and developing renewal or new business specifications for marketing.
- Reviewing and summarizing marketing results and preparing proposals.
- Assisting with pre-meetings, WrapX software, contractor interfaces, and contractor credit negotiations.
- Resolving customer service inquiries that require research and interaction with carriers or agents.
- Conducting marketing, negotiating rates, and reviewing quotes and coverages for competitiveness and accuracy.
- Finalizing proposals and presentations in coordination with the Producer.
- Preparing renewals and client information presentations, and assisting in preparing Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.
- Meeting with clients as needed or as directed by the Producer.
- Complying with agency management system data standards and data integrity by entering and maintaining complete and accurate information.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Four (4) or more years of related work experience.
- Valid insurance license.
- Ability to continue meeting Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work within a team and foster teamwork.
- Excellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience administering OCIP and/or CCIP wrap-up programs.
- Familiarity with WrapX software or comparable wrap-up administration platforms.
- Background in construction-related insurance or specialty risk programs.
