Job Description
As an Operations Associate, you will:
- Process daily work related to asset movement, account transfers, and new account setup and maintenance.
- Handle routine and complex transactions accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines.
- Proactively identify, interpret, and resolve potential issues.
- Follow established procedures independently to meet service level agreements and quality metrics.
- Learn, use, and support various financial products, software, and systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to process work accurately and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and think critically while exercising sound judgment.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Strong professional communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
- Adaptability to change and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- 1+ years of experience processing transactions in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
