Contract Duration: 5 months
Worksite Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Compensation: $22.00-$23.00 per hour

What you’ll do as an Operations Support Associate:

Identify and resolve issues using technology and processes, collaborating with team members to remove roadblocks
Build relationships with internal and external parties to manage product, pricing, and transportation needs
Learn and manage order activities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion in operating systems
Coordinate order-related tasks such as shipment tracking, exception management, inventory reconciliation, invoicing, claims, and pricing
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with orders that do not process correctly by working with clients, transportation providers, and suppliers
Maintain accurate item-level data in company systems, including pack sizes, pricing, and commodity descriptions
Communicate with vendors to ensure continuous supply and prevent service failures
Provide excellent customer service through professional communication and prompt issue resolution
Track and report operational status and performance metrics
Meet tactical and operational KPI targets
Support process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency

What you need to become an Operations Support Associate:

High school diploma or GED
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to resolve issues effectively and in a timely manner
Commitment to a diverse and inclusive work environment
