Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Consultant Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing client environments, identifying optimization opportunities, and recommending solutions to streamline business processes and improve overall efficiency.

What you’ll do as the Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Consultant:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of client Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications environments, including financials, HCM, and PPM modules
Analyze system performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, such as bottlenecks and inefficiencies
Leverage your understanding of business processes to identify opportunities where Oracle Fusion can be better utilized
Develop and recommend actionable solutions for optimization, considering technical feasibility and business impact
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful implementation of recommended solutions
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications features and functionalities

What you’ll bring to the Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Consultant role:

7+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
Strong understanding of core modules like Financials, HCM, PPM, and Redwood UI
Experience with SQL and PL/SQL to write basic queries and validate data
Familiarity with cloud concepts like scalability, autoscaling, and cost optimization
Experience with Fusion Implementation from the ground up
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
