- Worksite Location: Eleanor, WV
- Contract Duration: 6 months + possibility to extend
- Compensation:Â $20.00-$24.50 per hour
What you’ll do as the PC Re-Imaging Specialist:
- Provide day-to-day technical support for end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and basic network issues
- Image PCs to the load set and ensure proper setup and configuration
- Migrate user data to OneDrive and facilitate a smooth transition
- Utilize Tracktee for device acquisition and asset management
- Manage and resolve support tickets using Freshservice
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes and issues
- Collaborate with a small onsite IT team and coordinate with other infrastructure/server teams as needed
What you’ll bring to the PC Re-Imaging Specialist role:
- 2+ years of previous experience
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and 11 operating systems
- Familiarity with PC imaging and deployment processes
- Experience with OneDrive for data migration and user support
- Strong troubleshooting skills across printers, common computer programs, and basic networking
- Experience using Freshservice or similar IT ticketing systems
