Are you experienced with PC replacement projects? This might be the role for you! Dahl Consulting is currently partnering with a leader in the electronics industry. We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities. This company is hiring a PC Refresh Specialist for a contract position. Interested? Worksite Location: Anoka, MN
Contract Duration: 6 months + possibility to extend
Compensation: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the PC Refresh Specialist:

Unbox newly purchased computer equipment
Connect with employees and IT Staff to understand current system configuration and swap
Collect address information from employees
Inform employees after their new computer is sent to them that they will need to ship their current computer back to the depot
Provide the return information
Configure PCs which may include user profile configuration
Box up imaged PC and ship it to the end user

What you’ll bring to the PC Refresh Specialist role:

Experience with imaging and PC replacement projects
Enterprise Win 10/11 Experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently after training and work direction has been given
