We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities. This company is hiring a Part-Time Category Marketing Specialist for a contract position! Contract Duration: 5-months
Worksite Location: Hybrid - Minneapolis
Hourly Rate: $35.00-$39.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the Part-Time Category Marketing Specialist:

Support beauty category with marketing project management
Attend key meetings to understand strategy ahead of kick-off
Gather brand assets
Route creative content for approvals
Support creative requests
Create/support brand creative reviews

What you’ll bring to the Part-Time Category Marketing Specialist role:

Four-Year degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
5-7 years of marketing experience, strong preference for previous cosmetics, hair care & skin care marketing experience
Demonstrated experience translating business strategy into marketing strategy and writing successful creative briefs
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with varying levels of detail
Ability to work effectively amidst ambiguity
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with partners internal and external to the enterprise, including effective guidance of cross-functional teams to advocate for Guest-focused solutions
