- Contract Duration: 6 months
- Worksite Location: Maplewood - Hybrid
As a Payroll Coordinator, you will have responsibility for many activities that ensure payroll processing is completed timely and accurately.
What you’ll do as the Payroll Coordinator:
- Communication lead with US locations and GSC
- US weekly payroll processing, running integration to ensure compliance
- Identify and execute payroll process improvements
- Complete SOX Variance Requirement reports
- 2nd chance payroll processing – analyze adjustment output
- Complete adjustments (weekly, denials, and crossover) to ensure employee pay is accurate
- Review retro changes for new leaves and return from leaves for overpayment situations
- Run daily integration for review of late terminations which could result in overpayments for the following: sign-on, tuition, relocation, over-used vacation
- Analyze and update vacation balances based on unique plan requirements resulting from employee movement between states/jurisdictions
- 2-3+ years of payroll or HR experience
- Workday navigation experience
- Precise attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
- Ability to complete timely execution of tasks to meet strict deadlines
