- Worksite Locations: Â Willmar, Starbuck, St. Joseph, Redwood Falls, Paynesville, Melrose, Glenwood, or Alexandria, Minnesota
- Hourly Wage: $19.00-$23.00 per hour, based on skills & experience
- Benefits include:Â Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and 401k

- Complete payrolls
- Gather information on hours worked for each employee
- Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc. with the assistance of a computer system
- Calculate payroll by hand, with Excel spreadsheets, or with a 10-key calculator when the system is down
- Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or distribute paychecks
- Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper
- Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
- Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information, etc.
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
- Prepare reports for upper management, finance department, etc.
- Communicate directly with clients on various payroll issues
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- 1-3 years of experience with a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
- Strong collaborative abilities
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to calculate by hand, Excel spreadsheets, or with a 10-key calculator
