Job Description
As a Personal Lines Associate Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting Account Managers and Producers in servicing a robust book of personal lines insurance clients. This position is ideal for someone with a customer service mindset, strong attention to detail, and a desire to grow within the insurance industry.
Once licensed and trained, you will take on more direct client servicing responsibilities, including policy management, client communication, and account retention. You’ll work closely with internal teams, carriers, and clients to ensure high-quality service delivery and identify opportunities for account growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Administration
    • Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals
    • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
    • Assist with claims communication and follow-up
  • Client Communication
    • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email
    • Collaborate with internal teams and carriers to resolve issues
    • Build strong client relationships through proactive service
  • Account Management
    • Support clients in understanding coverage options and policy details
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
    • Ensure compliance with agency procedures and service standards

Qualifications
Required
  • Customer service or administrative experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with standard office software
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Willingness to obtain a Wisconsin Property & Casualty Insurance License (company-paid)
Preferred
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in insurance or financial services
  • Involvement in college or community activities
  • Interest in pursuing a Life Insurance License (growth opportunity available)
