Worksite Location: Maple Grove, MN – Hybrid (1 in-office day/week)

What you will do as the Plant Controller:

Utilize expertise in cost accounting to analyze and optimize manufacturing costs
Work closely with cross-functional teams to examine billings for accuracy and their integration into the company's system
Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making
Manage general and cost accounting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance
Oversee payroll operations and accounts payable and receivable processes
Work closely with inventory managers to maintain accurate inventory records
Implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize carrying costs

What you will bring to the Plant Controller role:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Expertise in cost accounting to analyze and optimize manufacturing costs
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in generating and analyzing financial reports
