Worksite Location: Eagan, MN | Hybrid
Contract Duration: 6 months
Compensation: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the Pricing Specialist:

Support and manage day-to-day operational billing, pricing, and reporting activities
Ensure timely and accurate processing of billing/invoicing
Ensure timely and accurate processing of price implementation requests
Support billing related e-mail boxes
Interact with other departments, customers and/or outside agencies to resolve billing related or impacted challenges
Assist in orienting and training Billing team associates – virtually and in-person
Assists in testing, system implementation and valuation of system rules
Process improvements and general process documentation
Support close periods (month, quarter, year)
Metric and KPI tracking
Adhere to company and department policies and procedures

What you’ll bring to the Pricing Specialist role:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or business field OR 2+ years previous experience in credit, finance/accounting or related field
Ability to be self-motivated & work independently in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work in a team environment, anticipate needs and meet customer expectations
Attentive to detail and process oriented
Demonstrated ability to deliver results
Ability to operate multiple software applications, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Access
Critical thinking and problem-solving ability to resolve problems independently and take appropriate action in a timely manner
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
