Production Print Representative

- Worksite Location: Arden Hills, MN
- Work Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
- Hourly Rate: $17Â - 17.50/hr
- Contract to Hire
Production Print Representative Job Summary
The Production Print Representative is responsible for producing quality output to meet client standards. This role will perform independently day-to-day, organizing details required to meet company policies and procedures at a print production site location.
What you’ll do as the Production Print Representative:
- Work along other associates and optimize their productivity
- Implement all production policies and procedures
- Interface with customers, sales personnel and management as required to achieve objectives
- Personally operate various equipment when necessary
- Suggest areas of improvement for their individual sites
- Maintain a clean, safe, professional and productive work environment
- Provide customer satisfaction at your assigned site
- Deal with customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Responsible for productivity monitoring, quality requirements and quantity requirements
- Other related duties as assigned
What you’ll bring to the Production Print Representative Role:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of the print industry and expectations in the shop and with client
- Must have basic knowledge of costs and cost control
- High quality production printing skills as specialist with finishing/bindery experience and skills
- Ability to upload files into multiple systems and work with different print drivers
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (above average with Excel and Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite products including InDesign
- Takes direction well and follow up with detail
- Works well under pressure and achieve deadlines
- Must have a Valid Driver's license and clean driving record may be required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
