- Contract Duration:Â 12Â Months
- Worksite Location:Â RemoteÂ
- Pay Rate: $42-50/hour
- Serve as the primary point of contact for data product(s) support, handling escalations and providing technical assistance
- Manage escalation of technical support issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Communicate system outages and updates to internal stakeholders, minimizing disruptions
- Report on and analyze the performance of support operations, providing insights to leadership for continuous improvement
- Review client feedback received through support channels, and prepare use cases for additional product development
- Act as System Administrator for Creative Platforms (Adobe CC, Workfront Proof, Digital Asset Management)
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to creative tools and platforms
- Organize and update creative assets/libraries in Adobe CC platforms, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly managed
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in AdTech products and/or analytics
- Ability to self-organize and navigate through ambiguity in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in simple terms to Product and Technology teams
- Proven ability to influence peers and partners, facilitating collaboration, driving consistency, and balancing competing interests.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of AI & Prompting is preferred
- Experience creating and delivering product tools, training materials, and stakeholder communications
- Experience working in an Agile environment (e.g., user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)
