Contract Duration: 6 months

Worksite Location: Wayzata, MN | Hybrid
Compensation: $50 .00-$55.00 per hour, depending on experience

What you’ll do as a Program and Project Manager:

Lead and support complex projects by bridging project management, technical teams, and leadership
Partner with planning teams to define value objectives, develop release plans and roadmaps, and drive process improvements
Identify and resolve project obstacles to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables remain on track
Provide expert guidance and strategic problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor project progress and performance, and escalate only the most complex issues when necessary
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and outcomes

What you’ll bring to the Program and Project Manager role:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of relevant project management experience
Strong background in navigating and resolving complex issues independently
Experience with Agile methodologies and working within a product model
Familiarity with value realization frameworks
Preferred experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or cloud migration
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
