What you’ll do as the Project Manager:
- Own and manage the enterprise implementation program plan, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and outcomes are achieved.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across product, technology, UX, product operations, and vendor partners to drive tool configuration, pilot rollouts, and enterprise deployment.
- Establish strong program governance by tracking risks, dependencies, timelines, and decisions at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Act as the central point of coordination with stakeholders, facilitating forums and alignment sessions to gather input and drive engagement with senior leaders and planning teams.
- Partner with change management teams to design and deliver communications, training, and enablement strategies to accelerate adoption.
- Ensure the platform supports enterprise-wide planning cadences including strategic, annual, and quarterly planning, as well as cross-team alignment, accountability, and outcome measurement.
- Support tool integration with related systems such as Jira.
- Develop and monitor rollout artifacts, adoption metrics, and feedback loops to continuously improve platform usage and long-term success.
What you’ll bring to the Project Manager role:
- 6+ years of program or project management experience leading enterprise technology rollouts.
- Proven ability to implement enterprise-grade tools in a large, matrixed environment.
- Strong understanding of strategic and operational planning processes, including OKRs, initiative tracking, and governance workflows.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and dependencies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders and executives.
- Comfort navigating both business and technical domains, thriving in environments with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Bonus: experience with planning tools such as Jira Align, Aha!, WorkBoard, Planview, or Craft.io; familiarity with portfolio management, value hierarchies, or product operating models; and formal certifications such as PMP or Agile PM.
