Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain cross-functional timelines, incorporating input from strategists, content managers, media relations, creative, and publishing teams.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as priorities or publishing dates change.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure projects follow established processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and deliverable tracking.
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and proactively communicate changes.
Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience in project management within creative, communications, or marketing environments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Technical skills in communications, project management, and project management software.
- Ability to manage timelines effectively.
- Experience with Monday.com.
- Practicing PMP certification.
