- Worksite Location: Hybrid (on-site 2-days per week) in Minneapolis, MN

- Lead all aspects of the project life cycle, working with team members, project sponsor/key stakeholders and EPMO to oversee all phases of project completion
- Create and manage detailed work plan, define, baseline, and manage scope, identify resource needs, and establish teamwork assignments. Â
- Ensure cross functional team is working through deliverables and raise issues related to resource availability
- Work with the EPMO to ensure governance for the project is established and operational including maintaining ongoing project plan, health, and integration
- Lead throughout the project lifecycle – project sponsor status, issue, and risk management, change control
- Assess, monitor and mitigate/resolve priority project risks as they are encountered (i.e., execution risk, business risk, technology risk and people risk), escalating issues appropriately
- Develop and implement communication plans to actively engage all stakeholdersÂ
What you will bring to the role as a Project Manager:
- PMP or other project management certification
- Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years of related experience
- Health Payor experience; provider networks experience is a plus
- Strong project management background
- Experience successfully planning and managing highly complex and large scale cross functional based projectsÂ
- Technical acumen to partner with the Tech Engineering and Data teams
- Background in organization change management is a plus to help manage member disruption
- Must be comfortable working with Google Sheets
