Worksite Location:Â On-site in Minnetonka, MNÂ

Compensation: $60,000-$65,000 annual salary, based on skills & experience, with up to a $1,500 sign-on bonus (paid out after 90 days)
What you’ll do as the Property Manager:

Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
-
Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
-
Train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
-
Establish positive relationships within the community
-
Be on-call as scheduled by management
What you’ll bring to the Property Manager role:
-
3-5+ years of previous property management experience preferred
-
Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
-
Yardi software experience preferred
-
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
