  • Contract Duration: 3 months
  • Worksite Location: Remote | local candidates preferred – Westminster, CO
  • Pay rate: $65.00-$70.00 per hour
What you'll do in this role: 
  • Manage the full proposal lifecycle, ensuring timelines and requirements are met with precision
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, product, legal, and engineering—to research, write, edit, format, and review proposals and RFx responses
  • Execute established workflows, ensuring compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and branding guidelines
  • Partner with sales managers and business leaders to deliver persuasive, well-structured content tailored to client needs
  • Maintain and update content repositories and functionality matrices in Loopio to streamline future responses
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and enhance proposal quality
  • Review and refine supporting documents such as resumes, project descriptions, and boilerplate content in partnership with subject matter experts
  • Track proposal outcomes, analyze win ratios, and report key metrics to continuously improve effectiveness
What you'll bring to the role: 
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5–8+ years of experience as a Proposal Manager with proven success in managing complex submissions
  • Proficiency in Loopio or similar proposal management platforms
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word, with strong skills in Excel and Adobe Acrobat
  • Formal training or certification in proposal management methodologies (APMP, Shipley, etc.)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects at once
  • Strong leadership in coordinating and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to produce persuasive, visually polished documents
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach, comfortable working independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines
