- Contract Duration:Â 12-months
- Worksite Location:Â Remote
- Compensation: $40,500-$55,000 per year
What you will do as a Provider Demographic Coordinator:
- Load and maintain accurate provider demographic data in COPIS, HealthRules, COSMOS/NDB, and Symfact databases
- Ensure accuracy of provider records for claims processing and network reporting, impacting members, providers, and employer groups
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy for all stakeholders
- Understand and communicate the upstream and downstream impacts of demographic data changes
- Translate provider demographic requests into formats suitable for optimal system integration
- Assist in updating policies and procedures and train staff on demographic data transactions
- Meet production and quality standards while managing shifting priorities
What you will bring to the Provider Demographic Coordinator role:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of administrative work experience
- Proficient in PC software (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
- Experience with COPIS or HealthRules databases is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
- Capable of meeting production, quality, and turnaround time standards
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic industry and operational environment
- Skilled at prioritizing tasks to focus on outcomes rather than activity
