Worksite Location: Springfield, MO

What you'll do as the Purchase Order Associate:

Receive reports of Late Purchase Orders to follow up with suppliers and adjust Purchase Order due dates
Enter SCARs with provided information
Work on the Short Order list for Master Data maintenance
Support shipping engineering samples
Enter product information into a computer database
Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments

What you’ll bring to the Purchase Order Associate role:

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
1-2+ years in a similar position
Experience with Microsoft Office
Basic data entry skills and computer proficiency
Strong communication skills
