Job Description

- Contract Duration: 12-months
- Worksite Location: Maplewood, MN
What you’ll do as the Purchasing Associate:
- Review inventory in stockrooms
- Order needed supplies through SAP
- Put away inventory including barcoding chemicals and other items
- Assist in the development of reports
- Become familiar with the CHARM system and place chemical orders if needed
- Interact with a variety of customers and professional personnel
What you will bring to the Purchasing Associate role:
- Associate's degree is preferred
- Ability to work independently and speak up if help or direction is needed
- Ability to lift 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft software such as Word and Excel
- Ability to work well with a team
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a “get it done” attitude
