In this position, you will be responsible for accurately entering detailed data, transaction processing, validation, payment issuing, database updates, and validation reporting for food service operators. - Worksite Location: Becker, MN
In this position, you will be responsible for accurately entering detailed data, transaction processing, validation, payment issuing, database updates, and validation reporting for food service operators. Also, building customer service relationships with clients both in very brief and in-depth interactions.
What you will do as the Rebate Coordinator:
- Read and interpret information from paper and electronic format into multiple software programs
- Cross-reference multiple reports for accuracy and completeness
- Represent food manufacturers in a professional manner
- Assist food service operators with website questions, product lists, and rewards points redemption
- Communicate via inbound and outbound phone calls, e-mail, and IM with customers, clients, and internal departments
- This role may also include outbound calls to increase knowledge about our services, tools and programs, and our customer products, increase participation in our reward programs, and process various leads
- 1+ years of data entry experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
- Understanding of complex rebate program details
