- Worksite Location: Edina, MN
What you will do as the Recruiter:
- Utilize recruiting methods to identify and attract top-performing professionals for a variety of positions within the industry
- Source candidates using the Internet, job boards, job postings, referrals, networking, internal database, and any other resources to find potential candidates
- Identify qualified candidates through recruiting and interviewing activities to create an inventory and to meet current and future client demand
- Interview, hire, and places contract employees
- Coach candidates and employees
- Communicate with applicants and employees regarding interviews and provides them with status updates
- Maintain candidate relationships and manages contract employees
- Consult and coordinate with all team members to better understand clients’ needs and maximize the level of service
- Attend periodic training to maintain skills and develop new ones
What you will bring to the role as the Recruiter:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, human resources, business, sales, marketing, or any related field
- 1+ year of professional services recruiting experience (Business Professional, Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, or Information Technology)
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management, co-workers, and customers alike to achieve understanding and win-win outcomes
- Highly developed communication skills; in person, face-to-face, and/or via the phone, including written skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport with potential candidates and build relationships
