Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN

What you’ll do as the Recruiter:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and negotiating offers
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to actively source and attract diverse and qualified candidates
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of candidates for current and future openings
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
Provide insightful feedback to hiring managers to support informed decision-making
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement

What you’ll bring to the Recruiter role:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Proven experience as a Recruiter in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team
