The role of the Regulatory Project Analyst is to plan, develop and maintain product compliance information systems for Polaris' growing portfolio of Off-Road Vehicles and Motorcycles. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional ability to identify synergies and drive compliance process improvements across the product portfolio. Experience managing external stakeholders and partnering with new product development engineering is strongly preferred.

- Contract Length:Â 7-months with potential to extend
- Worksite Location: Wyoming, MN – Hybrid
- Compensation: $40.00-$42.00 per hour
The role of the Regulatory Project Analyst is to plan, develop and maintain product compliance information systems for Polaris' growing portfolio of Off-Road Vehicles and Motorcycles. What you’ll do as a Regulatory Project Analyst:
- Support compliance processes for import operations of loose engines (EPA, CBP ACE).Â
- Data analytics and tool development
- Support Regulatory Compliance process improvement initiatives
- Complete other compliance-related duties as assigned
What you’ll bring to the Regulatory Project Analyst role:
- Associate-level degree education; 2-year degree
- 3+ years of experience with product compliance
- Experience in process mapping
- Experience working with IS for projects implementation
- Experience with Polaris data systems such as AS-400, DCU, ROSC, and PPM
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, PowerBI, and Jira
- Ability to understand regulations and identify compliance systems opportunities
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate effectively
