On behalf of our client, one of the nation's largest and fastest-growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms, we are seeking a Wrap-Up Program Administrator to join their specialty construction division. Operating through a network of specialized national platforms and local offices, our client delivers innovative, service-driven risk management and benefits solutions that help organizations grow and protect what they've built.
This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced insurance professional with a strong construction background and hands-on expertise administering OCIP and CCIP wrap-up programs. The ideal candidate combines account management and sales support skills with strong client relationship management and superior technical/computer proficiency.
Job Description
The Wrap-Up Program Administrator is responsible for managing several OCIP and CCIP wrap-up programs ranging in size from small to large. This role blends account management, client relationship management, and occasional interface with insurance market relationships on existing accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing administrative support to an assigned group of clients, including Wrap-Up accounts.
  • Supporting the Producer in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects.
  • Initiating the renewal process for existing clients and developing renewal strategy in coordination with the Producer.
  • Analyzing and comparing current exposures and developing renewal or new business specifications for marketing.
  • Reviewing and summarizing marketing results and preparing proposals.
  • Assisting with pre-meetings, WrapX software, contractor interfaces, and contractor credit negotiations.
  • Resolving customer service inquiries that require research and interaction with carriers or agents.
  • Conducting marketing, negotiating rates, and reviewing quotes and coverages for competitiveness and accuracy.
  • Finalizing proposals and presentations in coordination with the Producer.
  • Preparing renewals, client information presentations, and assisting with Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.
  • Meeting with clients as needed or as directed by the Producer.
  • Complying with agency management system data standards and maintaining complete, accurate data integrity.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Four (4) or more years of related work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience administering OCIP and CCIP wrap-up programs.
  • Strong construction industry background.
  • Valid insurance license, with ongoing compliance with Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including strong telephone and listening abilities.
  • Ability to work within a team and foster teamwork.
  • Superior computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with WrapX or comparable wrap-up administration software.
  • Experience supporting a Producer in a brokerage or consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with contractor credit negotiations and contractor interfaces.
