We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities. This company is hiring an Renewal Outreach Specialist for a contract-to-hire hybrid role. - Contract-to-hire Length: 6-months
- Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN (Mondays and Fridays are remote, Tuesday - Thursday onsite)
- Pay Range: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
What you'll do as a Renewal Outreach Specialist:
- Support Revenue Operations Team with customer renewals and retention
- Follow a determined cadence for emailing customers utilizing various templates
- Provide customers with a personalized level of service that reinforces the value of Perforce
- Utilize Salesforce, NetSuite, and an internal applications to access invoices, subscription dates, internal notes, and additional contacts
- Maintain pipeline for customer outreach ensuring renewals are secured ahead of support expiration
What you'll bring to the role as a Renewal Outreach Specialist:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- 2-3+ years of account and/or client management experience
- Ability to use Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics (DCRM), external licensing tools/generator
- Independent problem-solving skills, investigative nature and detail-oriented
- Strong communication, problem-solving, investigative, and attention to detail skills
