- Contract Duration:Â 6-months + potential to convert
- Worksite Location:Â Rigby, ID
- Brand: KLIM
- Maintain store standards, policies, and procedures
- Model high performance and behaviors aligned with brand values
- Provide exceptional customer service both in-store and via phone or online
- Greet customers, build rapport, and recommend products to maximize sales
- Assist with product inquiries, orders, exchanges, and returns
- Operate POS system and handle financial transactions
- Lead store tours to highlight the brand and history
- Stay knowledgeable about products, including seasonal updates
- Assist with visual merchandising and inventory management
- Ensure store security, cleanliness, and organization
- Complete daily inventory counts and assist with product replenishment.
- High school diploma or equivalentÂ
- 2+ years in sales and customer service, preferably in retail or outdoor apparel
- Ability to solve problems creatively and apply instructions effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to advise customers and team members
- Positive, energetic attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong customer service and sales skills with a proactive approach
- Team-oriented with effective communication
- Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Basic math skills and reliable
- Visual merchandising and inventory management experience helpful
- Proficient in MS Office and social media knowledge a plus
