Worksite Location: Red Wing, MN (100% remote)
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
Contract length: 3 months

What you’ll do as a Sales Development Representative:

Outbound lead generation and inbound lead qualification
Manage inbound leads from website, stores, campaigns, and phone inquiries
Accurately assess the customer's business, applications, and identify the best-fit RWS sales resource to follow-up on qualified opportunities
Execute qualification process to set introduction meetings with appropriate sales resources to close RWS opportunity
Identify, qualify, and deliver sales opportunities within Small Business
Mid-Market and National/Global segments across Industrial RWfB portfolio

What you’ll bring to the Sales Development Representative role:

Bachelor’s degree in a related business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Salesforce experience required
Ability to get results through influence and collaboration
Ability to leverage a dynamic sales process
Demonstrated ability to achieve specific and measurable goals
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
