Sales Manager - Beer
Job Description
- Worksite Location: Duluth, MN
- Compensation: $75,000-$100,000 annually
- Responsible for the leadership, direction, and growth of our Territory Managers and Sales Representatives
- Create strong relationships with key Retailers, Suppliers, and Molson Coors partners to grow volume and profitability
- Design and recommend sales programs
- Set short and long-term sales strategies for the on and off premise segments of the business
- Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the territory’s sales volume
- Product or service recommendations to improve supplier and field level performance and relationships
- Bachelors degree or industry equivalent
- Strong knowledge and experience in beer industry
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Strong working knowledge of VIP, iDig, Margin Minder, Nielson or IRI,
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel
