- Contract Duration: 6 months
- Worksite Location: Remote
- Responsible for scheduling customer appointments for the Inside Desk
- Schedule consultants for phone calls with customers to perform a survey
- Establish customer contact
- Provide information on the nature of the phone call
- Responsible for scheduling appointments and necessary documentation
- Confirm the appointment for the consultants
- High School education or equivalent required
- 2+ years of outbound call handling
- Strong communication and problem-resolution skills
- Experience with call centers or providing telephone customer service
- Microsoft Office and data entry experience
