This position works on a team across the company to support the Small Business Select Service team. The team works under the support and direction of the department manager with support from the Commercial Lines Academy Training Team. This role will prepare the individual for the Account Manager tracks in Select Service.

- Monitor and process tasks in the commercial lines task list
- Respond to customers and complete requests timely in the commercial lines Select Service email inbox
- Assist account managers by delivering quick and accurate responses to service requests in a caring and friendly manner
- Accept, process, and communicate tasks to include audits, cancellations, and reinstatements and policy changes
- Attend and participate in agency service training meetings
- Develop positive relationships with partner insurance carriers
- Enter client activity and other relevant information into the company’s software system(s)
- Follow all federal and state regulations, and best practices for avoiding errors and omissions
- High School degree or equivalent | Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Previous work experience in insurance or another service industry is helpful, but not required
- Ability to obtain property and casualty insurance license
- Ability to build strong, constructive relationships with a diverse range of clients, and organizational partners to discover common goals for a positive experience
