Worksite Location: Sauk Rapids, MN
Compensation: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the Senior Account Support Specialist:

Handle order entry and maintenance through internal computer systems (including D365)
Communicate professionally via email with warehouse, sales, purchasing, product development, and customers
Manage and prioritize a high volume of tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Resolve issues related to orders, products, or logistics with minimal supervision
Respond to customer inquiries primarily via email, with occasional phone interaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment
Support internal operations with strong attention to detail and process adherence

What you’ll bring to the Senior Account Support Specialist role:

5+ years of relevant experience in customer support, finance, order processing, or inside sales support
Strong background in basic math and accounting principles
Proven ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and D365
Strong written and verbal communication skills; must demonstrate professional email etiquette
Ability to work independently without micromanagement – self-starter with strong follow-through
Must be punctual, dependable, and able to stay focused without constant oversight
Excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset
