- Contract Duration:Â 7 months | Contract-to-hire
- Worksite Location:Â Minnetonka, MN | Hybrid
- Compensation: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
- Perform account reconciliations and prepare journal entries
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory filings
- Serve as the point of contact for financial business partners
- Manage fixed assets, equipment and building leasesÂ
- Prepare and analyze financial packets for Foundation and Community Giving programs
- Contribute to special projects and ad hoc financial reporting
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5–7+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience in the health insurance industry (highly preferred)
- Proficiency with accounting software, especially Great Plains (highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and experience with audits, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Advanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadline
- Effective and professional communication skills
