- Worksite Location: Onsite in Willmar, MN
- Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000
- Manage month- and year-end close processes, including journal entry preparation and posting
- Oversee preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements
- Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, then prepare periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs
- Maintain and update fixed asset records
- Organize and present financial reports
- Evaluate and report on benchmark data and KPI’s
- Document and enhance current financial processes
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 3-5+ years of related finance or accounting experience
- Experience with accounting software and general business information systems; Microsoft Dynamics AX software preferred
- Excellent customer service, attention to detail, collaboration, and time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
