Worksite Location: Waite Park, MN
Compensation: $25.00-$26.50 per hour + $1,000 quarterly bonus

What you’ll do as the Senior Client Services Specialist:

Communicate with clients externally via phone and email to support engagement, retention, and resolution of concerns
Act as a backup for the primary phone line and shared email inboxes to ensure timely responses
Proactively contact clients to support retention efforts
Serve as one of the primary points of contact for the Business Development and Marketing teams, aligning communication strategies and operational updates
Maintain collaborative relationships across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor, track, and report on the daily progress of the Account Management Team, providing insights to leadership
Oversee and manage workflow for the Account Management team, including delegation of tasks
Conduct quality assurance reviews on completed Carrier Switches to ensure compliance, accuracy, and adherence to service standards
Review and take appropriate action on responses received through the Client Submission Form to ensure timely and effective follow-up
Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across the Client Services department
Identify and implement process improvements and procedural enhancements that support operational scalability, optimize team performance, and foster long-term growth
