About the Role
We are partnering with a leading powersports and lifestyle products manufacturer to hire a Senior Project Producer. This role sits within a high-performing in-house creative organization that develops integrated brand storytelling across photography, video, design, and content production.
As the Senior Creative Project Producer, you will lead end-to-end project management for creative initiatives—from intake and scoping through production, post-production, and final delivery. You’ll ensure projects move efficiently, align with brand standards, and deliver creative excellence across multi-channel campaigns. This is an opportunity to support a fast-moving creative team that partners closely with stakeholders across a diverse product and brand portfolio.
Job Description
In this role, you will oversee integrated creative projects spanning photo, video, and graphic design. You will manage timelines, budgets, workflows, and vendor relationships while supporting the ongoing operations of an agile creative studio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for creative project intake and ongoing project management
- Executing established production processes and workflows during the contract period
- Clearly communicating project updates, risks, and next steps to internal stakeholders
- Managing project timelines and deliverables using project management software
- Overseeing production schedules, budgets, and asset delivery with a strong brand-first mindset
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all creative outputs
- Supporting operational improvements and scalable production practices
- Reporting on performance metrics and production efficiency
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in creative production and project management (agency or in-house environment preferred)
- Strong experience across multimedia production, including photography, video, graphic design, and post-production workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage complex, fast-moving projects in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with project management tools (experience with Monday.com or similar platforms; strong Excel skills acceptable)
- Demonstrated organizational strength and ability to maintain efficient systems
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in creative project management specifically within design, content development, or integrated creative environments
- Background in managing end-to-end production operations for multi-channel creative campaigns
- Experience sourcing and managing external creative partners such as photographers, videographers, and designers
