- Contract Duration:Â 6Â months
- Worksite Location:Â Brooklyn Park, MNÂ
- Compensation: $52.00-$56.00 per hour
- Develop robust, scalable software solutions using Java and Kotlin
- Translate abstract architectural concepts into concrete system designs and implementations
- Collaborate on application architecture and provide feedback on software design and implementation
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from design to deployment
- Write and maintain efficient, reliable, and reusable code across multiple platforms
- Resolve routine and complex technical issues with minimal assistance
- Apply appropriate software engineering patterns and practices to deliver secure, high-performance applications
- Help triage and troubleshoot operational issues and contribute to the elimination of recurring problems
- Engage in continuous learning and stay up-to-date with evolving technologies
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot
- Experience with REST APIs, JUnit 5, Kotest, Redis, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, and Kafka
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Drone (or comparable platforms)
- Understanding of distributed systems, scalable architecture, and secure coding practices
- Working knowledge of log aggregation tools such as Logstash and Kibana
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently within a development team
