- Preparing financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts to support integration efforts.
- Performing financial analytics and delivering clear actual-to-budget variance explanations.
- Reviewing and evaluating financial and non-financial datasets with a high degree of accuracy.
- Supporting financial budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple projects.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to provide insights that drive informed business decisions.
- Managing competing priorities while adhering to established deadlines.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a major in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an accounting, finance, or closely related role.
- Full proficiency in Excel, including advanced features such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUM, and IF statements.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles and processes.
- Strong attention to detail with proven experience reviewing and evaluating financial and non-financial datasets.
- Strong data management skills.
- Experience with financial budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to balance multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.
- Critical thinking and advanced problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience within the health insurance industry.
