What you’ll do as the Senior Product Manager:
- Define and deliver the product implementation roadmap, from pilot to full enterprise scale.
- Translate strategic planning processes into platform capabilities, workflows, and governance practices.
- Configure and optimize key features, including value hierarchy setup, annual planning workflows, quarterly planning milestones, prioritization frameworks, and initiative tracking.
- Partner with product, engineering, UX, and planning teams to align tool capabilities with business needs.
- Lead pilot rollouts, gather feedback, and iterate to improve adoption and usability.
- Build and scale training, enablement, and support resources to drive consistent enterprise adoption.
- Maintain and prioritize a clear backlog of enhancements, integrations, and system improvements.
- Define and track success metrics, including adoption, efficiency, visibility, and outcome alignment.
- Ensure the platform supports all major planning cadences—3-year strategies, annual objectives, and quarterly commitments—while integrating into executive reviews and governance forums.
What you’ll bring to the Senior Product Manager role:
- 6+ years of product management experience, with a focus on platform or tool implementation.
- Strong understanding of enterprise planning processes, OKRs, initiative tracking, and portfolio management.
- Proven success delivering SaaS platforms or product tools at scale in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Bonus: experience with tools such as Jira Align, Aha!, WorkBoard, Craft.io, or Planview, as well as familiarity with value hierarchy modeling and enterprise planning governance.Expertise in leading organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and phased rollouts.
- Technical fluency, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and vendors on integrations, architecture, and data models.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging technical detail with business value for diverse audiences.
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically—moving seamlessly from big-picture planning to hands-on configuration.
