• Contract Duration: 6 months | contract-to-hire preferred
• Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN | hybrid
• Compensation: $110,000-$170,000 (annual conversion salary)

What you will do as a Senior Program Manager:

• Lead and manage complex, cross-departmental transformation programs that align with strategic priorities, regulatory requirements, or operational initiatives
• Partner with business leaders to define program scope, milestones, and success measures while supporting the development of business cases
• Oversee project managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across business, technology, and product management
• Drive program execution through planning, financial management, risk and dependency oversight, and clear executive-level reporting
• Facilitate alignment across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), business divisions, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of program outcomes
• Coach, support, and motivate project managers while fostering collaboration across diverse teams of internal and external partners
• Build strong executive communications, preparing and presenting updates to Steering Committees and senior leadership
• Hold teams accountable to commitments while removing barriers, resolving issues, and facilitating timely decisions

What you will bring to the Senior Program Manager role:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 10+ years of program management experience and at least 5+ years leading complex, cross-departmental programs
• Proven success managing multi-million-dollar budgets and large-scale, enterprise-level programs with 10–50+ cross-functional team members
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives and partnering with executive stakeholders, business owners, and technology leaders
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver concise, impactful status reports
• Expertise in end-to-end program management, including Agile delivery methodologies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while driving clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes
