As a Senior Reporting Analyst in the Customer Experience organization, will be responsible for turning data into critical knowledge that can be used by leadership to make sound business decisions. They will use their expert understanding of business and data architecture to lead the development of impactful data analysis and uncover insights that will empower the long-term success of the company.

- Contract Duration: 6 months
- Worksite Location: Remote
As a Senior Reporting Analyst in the Customer Experience organization, will be responsible for turning data into critical knowledge that can be used by leadership to make sound business decisions. They will use their expert understanding of business and data architecture to lead the development of impactful data analysis and uncover insights that will empower the long-term success of the company.
What you’ll do as a Senior Reporting Analyst:
- Fulfill ad hoc data requests for CX functional managers and other stakeholders within set deadlines and communicate on progress and completion
- Define business requirements with key stakeholders up front and set expectations for development timeline -Independently manage dashboard buildouts
- Launch and train key stakeholders on new reporting or analysis
- Architect and manage suites of base models, used by the community of analysts, which support organizational reporting
- Identify actionable insights or areas of improvement that are easily accessible to users across the organization
- Lead initiatives with business and process management teams to improve organizational processes using data
- Lead initiatives with the BI Tech team to implement & improve upon data analysis processes, models, and tools -Build an advanced understanding of data sources and associated business processes to provide Subject Matter Expertise and advise leaders
- Explore new resources/technical knowledge to expand the expertise of the team and leverage additional tools to provide in-depth analysis
- 5+ years of Business Intelligence Analyst, Business Analyst, or other technical Data Analyst experience
- Experience with creating a variety of dashboards for a variety of audiences, teams, and leadership executives
- Senior-level experience with the following: BI Tools/Data visualization platforms (i.e., Data Studio, Tableau, Looker, etc.), SQL, Excel or G-sheets (modeling & macros), Google Suite Applications, CRM Software
- Expert-level understanding of data architecture, data sources, and analysis tools
- Strong understanding of business needs and ability to translate into data and IT requirements with minimal guidance
- Ability to develop a framework for requirements gathering and metrics definition workshops with business stakeholders and facilitate workshops that help define key initiatives
