The Revenue Management department is responsible for planning and executing each facility overall financial performance through daily monitoring of rental rates, maximizing online visibility with SEO optimization and digital advertising campaigns, as well as supporting other departments by researching, data mining, and analyzing opportunities to increase efficiencies and reinforce strategic decisions. As a Senior Revenue Manager, you will help lead the company’s initiative to grow this integral department, including developing and maintaining a comprehensive, multi-channel revenue and marketing strategy for the company. This position will work closely with Senior Leadership to help maximize revenue across our facilities and ensure the company maintains a competitive posture as it pertains to managing pricing, paid advertising, promotions, and other customer facing strategies.

- Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN
- Work Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday
- Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience
The Revenue Management department is responsible for planning and executing each facility overall financial performance through daily monitoring of rental rates, maximizing online visibility with SEO optimization and digital advertising campaigns, as well as supporting other departments by researching, data mining, and analyzing opportunities to increase efficiencies and reinforce strategic decisions. As a Senior Revenue Manager, you will help lead the company’s initiative to grow this integral department, including developing and maintaining a comprehensive, multi-channel revenue and marketing strategy for the company. This position will work closely with Senior Leadership to help maximize revenue across our facilities and ensure the company maintains a competitive posture as it pertains to managing pricing, paid advertising, promotions, and other customer facing strategies.
What you’ll do as the Senior Revenue Manager:
- Develop and execute revenue management and marketing strategies, processes, and tactics to maximize revenue and profitability
- Define department roles and responsibilities, including the staffing, skillsets, and training necessary to properly scale the Revenue Management team to support future growth
- Analyze data, market trends, and competitive information to make data-driven decisions that positively impact revenue
- Manage the implementation of pricing and marketing strategies and ensure alignment with company goals
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Lead and develop the revenue management team to drive results, ensure high performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure revenue management objectives are integrated into overall business strategy
- Ensure compliance with all revenue management policies, procedures, and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in revenue management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong integrator qualities, with the ability to effectively align revenue management objectives with overall business strategy
- Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical abilities and strong understanding of mathematical and economic concepts related to pricing and revenue management
- Experienced in measuring the impact and effectiveness of projects to synthesize insights for executive leadership
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and other data analytics / data visualization tools
