- Contract Duration: 6-months
- Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN | Hybrid
- Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 per year
What you will do as a Sr. Scrum Master:
- Support planning, financial forecasting, mentoring junior Scrum Masters, and creating business stakeholder partnerships
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and team productivity
- Ensure high-quality product delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
- Promote Agile values, coach teams, and develop cross-functional capabilities
- Maintain knowledge of systems, applications, and vendor partnerships
What you will bring to the Sr. Scrum Master role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Information Systems (or equivalent)
- 5 years in IT Scrum Master or related roles, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Lean/Kanban)
- Experience in UI/Digital Front End and IT infrastructure
- Certified Scrum Master and formal Agile training required
